By total and federal research expenditures, the George Washington University (GW) is the most research-active university in the nation’s capital. InnovationFest celebrates the impactful research, scholarship, creativity and entrepreneurship being conducted at GW. The event presents a unique opportunity to showcase your organization to an audience of GW faculty, students, postdocs and staff as well as partners from industry, academia, government, and not-for-profit organizations in the region.
InnovationFest will feature a dynamic slate of programming:
- Panel discussions, performances, presentations and pitches
- Hands-on demonstrations by cutting-edge scholars
- A pop-up-style “marketplace” with products and inventions launched by GW entrepreneurs
- Art x Science gallery highlighting creative and multimedia work
- Poster presentations by student, faculty and postdoc scholars

| Acknowledgment and Promotion: Sponsor’s name and logo featured on the festival’s website and in promotional materials. | |||

| VIP Hospitality Suite Access: Access to a meet-up location for networking and refreshments. | |||
| Branded Swag: Sponsor may provide a branded item to be included in the swag bag given to all attendees. | |||
| Exhibit Booth: Sponsors will be offered a 10’x10’ booth in a high-visibility location within the festival hall at which they may showcase their organization and generate networking opportunities. |
Sponsored Programming on Festival Stage
Contact us to discuss sponsoring a panel discussion, keynote address, or other programming on the main festival stage. Our team will collaborate with sponsors to tailor the session and provide logistical support. Sponsored sessions will be featured in the official event program.
In-Kind & Custom Sponsorships
We will work with sponsors to craft custom packages that meet their strategic goals. Custom opportunities might include in-kind donations or sponsored programming during the festival.
